Hotel was clean,quiet,good breakfast and staff were helpful.Location was great even for luggage.Transport okay but better to walk to Sorrento centre and marina.Don't trust taxi drivers, as cost is always different and they never have change.Becareful of tips in resturants, had a bad experience at a rest. in Marina Grande, they expected a 14euro tip.My Gucci sunglasses were pinched, don't know if in hotel or resturant!!! Apart from that my girlfriends and I had a great stay.Enjoy your holiday!!!Italy is beautiful.

 My family has been staying at Hotel Mare for 17 years. We wouldn't consider anywhere else now - the welcome, location, excellent breakfast and helpful staff ensure a wonderful holiday, year after year. Why look elsewhere? Marina Grande is indeed close to Paradise.

 If you are looking for a piece of heaven this is the place. Our room was small but immaculate with a view of the beach. The staff is phenominal. The beach is just around the bend where you can eat, lounge or take the bus into town. The view? Breathtaking. Looking forward to returning in the very near future. Oh, and by the way, if you have any questions just ask Antonio at the desk.

 I will never forget the wonderful service, accomadations, and the restful/relaxing atmosphere of your hotel. I will come back again and will let all my friends and family know of this "heaven on earth in Sorerento"

 A very friendly welcome at an hotel which was ideally situated as far as we were concerned - away from the hubbub of the centre of Sorrento,but very close to the sea and to some excellent restaurants. The local bus service wto the centre of Sorrento was covenient and regular. a good breakfast was provided.
